The Buddy screen displays a topographic map with the real-time positions of all paragliders and hang gliders equipped with ADS-L/FANET devices whose radio signals have been received within the last 5 minutes.
Your defined buddies appear both on the topographic map and in the footer: The footer displays the buddy names in pairs and cycles through them every 2 seconds (if you have more than 2 buddies).
The screen uses different symbols to indicate pilot positions and status: Black dots mark pilots flying higher than your current altitude, white dots mark pilots flying lower than your current altitude, and triangles mark pilots on the ground (either not yet airborne or already landed).
While flying, you can quickly cycle through the different zoom levels by holding down the button on your remote control.

The Wind screen displays a topographic map with the position, wind speed, and gust data from FANET wind stations that have been received within the last 5 minutes. Wind and gusts are shown as symbols representing the following speed ranges:

The screen alternates between wind speed and gust data every second: Wind is displayed for one second, then gusts for the next second, then wind again, and so on.
The symbols allow you to assess wind conditions at a glance. The symbol size indicates wind strength. If you see the display blinking between a long arrow and a short arrow, this indicates gusty conditions at that location. The size of the wind icons can be set from small to extra large.
While flying, you can quickly cycle through the different zoom levels by holding down the button on your remote control.
